My experience was terrific just truly amazing everyone there was super nice and welcoming the entire time I was there I felt like I was completely welcomed! The women who did my nails even though I don’t know her name truly was phenomenal super quick with everything and got me out of there in less that 40 minutes and did a fantastic job she was super gentle doing my cuticles and was very precise while painting my nails! Definitely coming back and I would totally recommend to anyone in need of a friendly convenient and well priced nail salon!

Yeah this place absolutely earns the reviews it has. It's a 3 star salon. Pedicure started 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The language barrier caused several communication errors. Everything is an add-on for a very steep upcharge, though their base costs are pretty cheap. Staff is not particularly helpful. I got a few scrapes from the technician being a bit rough. The pedicure itself came out fine.

In a sea of nail salons all over town I suggest you don’t waste your time or energy here. There’s a negativity here that is very apparent in everyone’s masked faces. No courtesies or kind words of thank you or apologies for speaking unkindly to a customer. I don’t know about you, but when I am getting something personal done for myself the little courtesies mean a lot to my time and money. Too bad, the location is convenient and would have been nice to establish a nice neighborhood small business relationship. The foot ‘massage’ was simply applying lotion with hardly any pressure or care. The moral of the story is: It may have felt good to speak condescendingly to a customer at that moment, but in the end you lose in more ways than one down the road with your business and your self as a p

I have been going to this place for years and would love to speak to the owner. When my husband was buying me $500 gift cards I had no problem getting any appt. The technicians there are wonderful especially Lisa and Lilly! But the woman who runs it is horrible. Now when I call for an appt a week in advance, she says “ call next week, can’t schedule ahead of time” and when I call the next week there is nothing available. Myself and several friends who frequently went there monthly spending up to $200 have all left in search of better customer service. It is a shame the owner is not present and doesn’t know how many local customers he has lost.

Clean and everyone does a great job with my gel and regular manicure and pedicures.
