The staff at R&R are amazing! I've been lucky enough to have had appointments with Bella and Erin, and both are fabulous at what they do! I really appreciate the extra mile they go to make you comfortable and get the muscles released. The products they sell in the studio are all tried and true, I'm a huge fan of the Be Rooted salves, they really help! I saw Erin for a prenatal massage to address my pubic symphysis dysfunction and WOW, I wish I had seen her sooner! She spent the session addressing my round ligament pain and pubic joint pain (pregnant ladies, ya know the pain I’m talking about!!) and felt a difference immediately after the session. Erin is so educated on helping mamas get through pregnancy without discomfort and sent me home with techniques to do in between sessions which have helped tremendously. She was so attentive to my needs and concerns and I highly recommend mamas-to-be to schedule with her asap!

Erin is an absolute master of her craft. I have partaken in intramuscular oral relief for TMJ and Erin always sends me away with total relief. Just recently I booked Erin for hip pain because I am a side sleeper. I was in pain for weeks and within the session Erins’ Magic hands and powerful knowledge of where to attack the issue sent me away with relief. Not only does she take care of the issue at hand, she also educates on how to avoid these types of stresses on my body and where the pain is coming from and why. I always leave with relief and knowledge on how to take care of my body. What a gem of a place to have so close to home. Absolutely recommend.

This was my first visit to this place. I walked in with a stiff back, pain and reduced range of motion in the neck, and tight hamstrings. I walked out feeling like transformed with flexibility and increased range of motion in my neck and back. That seemed magical. I was seen by Adam. He seemed to know exactly the right muscle strands to pick on and work on. This massage was very different from all the other massages that I’ve been taking so far. Most of the massages tend to focus on a body rub, squeezing all the muscles which no doubt does provide relief but this one was very different.
