R Nail and Spa

My experiences with r nails and spa are usually amazing but this last time I was shocked. I go in two hours before close so there was plenty of time to get what I wanted done which was simply a fill and French tip done with a Medicare and pedicure. For one I don’t know why the person I had filed down my nails with the nail drill instead of just filing with a filer because they came out way shorter then I wanted. Then I asked at the beginning of the appointment for a pedicure meaning foot soak, filing, pampering everything that comes with a pedicure and all they do is paint my nails and send me on my way, and also charged me for a full pedicure even though I didn’t get anything but nails painted. Yes at this time it was about 6:45 but I still feel that I should’ve gotten what I asked for be

I absolutely love Linh. She is fantastic and I go specifically for her. However, be careful with what management charges you…. I hate that this has happened, because I truly adore Linh! Unfortunately, with the extra charges for anything and everything and rising prices, we may not be able to swing that again. $370.80 (inclusive of tip, because I didn’t want Linh to be shorted) for my child and I to get our nails done seems quite absurd. Oh, & they made a mistake in my friends payment and she had long left & they had me pay the difference. What a mess. Not the best experience pre wedding day, but thankful Linh does a great job!

Some people here are good but several are terrible and do not give clean polish. Paid over $80 for this mani/pedi, felt I could do a better job at home especially on the pedicure.

I will forever go to this place. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Kelvin is my guy, he never misses on a set and we brainstorm each visit on funky nails.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the nail salon! The nails turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The customer service was excellent, making the whole visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nails and a welcoming atmosphere! Thanks Kelvin
