I’ve been a loyal client for a long time, traveling over an hour for quality service. This makes me genuinely sad to write because I’ve always had great experiences and a lot of fun with some of the staff. However, my recent visit was unacceptable. I requested a nail design when making my appointment, but the staff member doing my nails didn’t want to hear me out, was extremely unprofessional, and made the entire experience feel off-putting and uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I am now considering looking elsewhere for my future nail care.

Appointment only, so no being rushed or unexpected "busy" times and can be booked online! Great manicure and pedicures, I did the deluxe pedicure with regular polish. The chairs are comfortable with massage, the pedicure was great. Amy addressed some of my ingrown spots without being asked. Manicure was amazing, I was concerned because I have natural nails and most of the review pictures are acrylic. She shaped and trimmed cuticles with minimal heavy filing. The final result was beautiful! If you are looking for a true Neutral this Gel color is it! Great job and Thank you to Amy!

I have searched years for a GOOD salon that I can stay with. The work that Quinn and everyone else does, is AMAZING. I refuse to go anywhere else now! I’ve been coming for a few months now. The salon is always clean, the staff is always nice and accommodating. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I went here today and it was amazing! I was lucky enough to get Quinn and I have heard such good things about her from reviews; let me tell you, she lives up to the expectation. She was absolutely amazing, great to talk to, and my nails look gorgeous. After looking awhile for a new nail place around Manchester , I am happy to say I found the one!!
