I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a retwist for my son hair well in advance of his homecoming, with the price and details confirmed. However, on the day of the appointment, the stylist unexpectedly changed the price to 208 dollars not including the booking fee which ended up being $250 dollars without any prior notice. Because of this, I was forced to cancel and scramble to find someone else last minute on an already busy and important day for my son. This kind of last-minute change is unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially when timing matter most. I hope the stylist takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and consistency in pricing moving forward. Clients deserve to have their appointments honored as agreed.

Jasz ,the owner of Queenz of crownz is a one stop salon.She is very professional and made you feel at home and lord when you get out her chair it’s like omg .She delivers the best styles like you have been to Beverly Hills .I felt like a rock star if you haven’t been it’s a must that you go and you definitely won’t be disappointed loved it. I found my new stylist love love loved it , my experience was everything!!!!!!

Mrs. Jasmine is a very talented hairstylist and has a great personality. She was great to work with. I went in for a wig install and deep conditioning. Mrs. Jasmine was able to bring an Amazon wig I really liked to life. I only listen to worship/gospel music and she was kind enough to change the music for me. We even song along together! Queen of Crownz has a great atmosphere and she does not overbooked her appointments. It’s been almost a week since I’ve gotten my hair done and I Absolutely love my hair. I can’t thank you enough Jasmine for all you do. I will definitely be back.
