I got my hair done by Jasmine I called at 9am to see if they had openings she started my hair at 11 and was done by 3pm mind you I got knotless butt length she was friendly and professional and she works very fast and diligently and the price was well worth it 10/10 highly recommend

I had a great experience! I had a last minute work trip and Jasmine was able to accommodate a last minute change. I came in to such amazing vibes, great customer service, and I was in and out quickly while starting on time. HIGHLY recommend!

Booked for today at 4pm. When I booked online it did not take me to make a deposit or say to. So didn't think I needed one. Got to the location at 4pm exactly. Go in and another girl is getting her hair done and she ask if I have a appointment. I show her I clearly have one. She then says Jasmine Hawkins left for the day. She calls her in front of me and gets off the phone and say she's not coming back you didn't leave a deposit. My hair is curly and thick. I had to blow dry it which took a long time. To be told even though I made a appointment and it says confirmed that I still have to reschedule. She could have easily called me and said put a deposit before coming but didn't . I could of kept my curls the way it was. Mind you this is 2 feed in braids which supposed to take 1hr. Will

Jasmine is super professional! My hair is super short and she was able to grip my edges and it didn’t hurt! Definitely will be rebooking!
