I went in to meet with Sheena for a color consultation. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. It was clear that cleanliness is important to them since I was asked to wash my hands before completing some information on a tablet. When it was time to meet with the stylist, she greeted me promptly and again very kind. She is very knowledgeable , detailed and just seemed overall excited to do what she does, which made me feel even more comfortable and open during the visit. I am excited to return for my services.

This was my first time at the salon, and I was so impressed! The space is beautiful with top-notch supplies, the latest steamers, dryers, and flat irons. My stylist, Shakeena, was amazing—she walked me through every step of my appointment, from the treatments to the trim, and even gave me tips on caring for my hair at home. The atmosphere was perfect: calm music, great conversations, and such a welcoming vibe. This visit felt like true self-care, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Best salon experience ever. I booked a big chop and was greeted with smiles, professionalism and punctuality. Sheena and her entire staff made my big chop experience beyond relaxing and memorable. The attention to detail, the vibe and energy of the shop is so inviting and down to earth. The wash and lavender aroma therapy treatment was amazing and I was even served a delicious cupcake. Sheena nailed my style and gave special attention to my areas of concern. I’m so happy to have a new shop to call home

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon with Jamilah. I came in for a silk press and haircut, and despite showing multiple photos of what I wanted, the end result was a disaster. Jamilah never once mentioned that I didn't have the hair density to achieve the look I was aiming for, but instead assured me she could deliver. What I walked out with looked NOTHING like the style I requested, and to make matters worse, I was charged extra for it! Not only was the haircut awful, but the overall experience was just as bad. Jamilah was working on THREE other clients at the same time as me. I arrived at 10am and didn't leave until 4pm. That's SIX hours! My first visit to the QueenStylista hair salon. What a wonderful experience. I was warmly greeted with beautiful smiles and professionalism from all staff. My stylist, the infamous Sheena, is everything I thought and more. She cares about your hair and she SLAYS your hair. I was so excited to be there and so enjoyed every moment because moments matter. I highly recommend QueenStylista’s Mane Artistry to everyone who wants a fabulous hair experience! The salon is very nice, very clean, and in a great location.
