Queen's Nails

Horrible experience. The male nail tech was very unprofessional. The pedicure was sloppy and I ended up needing a bandaid on my pinky toe to stop the bleeding from the scrubbing. I only gave it 1 star for the sake of posting... otherwise I would give it a 0!!

When I first started going I was very pleased with the owner Ms Tracy. Every time I come I spend well over $150 every single time. I come in today she was extremely impatient and rude to me she half did my feet I told her she several times she never apologized and pleasantly corrected it. She just said that you want me to massage you again. When you come to a salon you also pay for the experience she was nice and spoke to all of her clients except me. She nickels and dimes me for every penny I guess because she feels like I have it while she in front of my face was looking out for other customers giving them a deal I feel like she only like certain type of customers anybody that challenges her to do artwork which is my case she doesn't like and gets impatient with seems like she wants quic

I always have a good experience. My girl Shelby(Shelly lol) does a wonderful job and takes her time!! Tracy and her team are the best!!

I love Tracey and her sweet staff. Even my dad gets a pedicure there. Traceys nails look great and are very durable. She can be trusted.

They were not the nicest . i asked for a half pink half purple nail and it looked terrible and had to do no design at all bc it look so bad and uneven. It was very rushed and the customer service wasnt very good.i Use to come here a few years ago and it wasnt as Bad. I Didnt even get an apology when she nicked my finger with the grinder or when the design was done uneven. Not sure if ill go back. Very disappointed andi did even get the nails i wanted 😔😭
