Queen's Nails

If i could give this place zero stars i would!! I needed to get my nails done and didn’t have time to get to pooler where i usually go. Place was super outdated, not clean feeling. They had plastic wall barriers between the client and worker. The lady literally kept yanking my arm towards her that i was probably 1/4 in from my face touching the plastic barrier. She cut my nails sooo short after asking to cut just a little. The acrylic is so uneven and the polish was also looked like my 8yr old daughter had polished my nails and not even a week later the gel is starting to come off… this place just needs to shut down or renovate and get a few ladies who actually know how to do nails!!!!

Horrible job on my nails and pedicure. I paid $70 in total which included the tip. My polish has bubbles in it. The nails are not smooth. Looks like I tried doing it at home and even I can do a better job. There were only 2 technicians on New Years eve because the rest were on vacation. That's fine but instead if trying to hurry through so many people walking in, they should have stopped and told people at some point that they may not be able to take them instead of hurrying through everyone's services. I will never return. Wish I could post pictures. Not worth my money.

This is hands down the MOST DISGUSTING place of business I have ever been to. The place smells like decades of filth and the carpet has clearly not been cleaned since it was installed. The polish bottles are ridiculously disorganized and caked with old polish, the nail stations are grimy and covered in hardened acrylic, and the sink area is in desperate need of sanitization with its dirt-rimmed hand soap bottles. Honestly, I don't know how the health department has not shut this place down. To add insult to injury, the nail techs are much below industry standard, their work is sloppy and uneven, and the services are EXPENSIVE. All in all, this was a horrible experience, and I implore everyone to skip this cesspool. There are much cleaner, nicer places 20 minutes away filled with skil

My fiance took my daughter and I here for my mother's day present. The whole place stunk of bleach. When we left and I actually looked at my toes my toe was all red and inflamed. Come to find out my toe is infected from this place. Don't recommend this place at all.

I got a pedi. I went mainly because it is conveniently located. The pedi itself was really good BUT if your a perfectionist such as myself for your toe polish then...thats where you will be disappointed (I got gel).
