Queen's Nails

Not the greatest. Came in and gave them the picture I wanted and they said they could do it. I asked for Henry and they said okay and to come at 10 when I called but when I got there at 1005 they gave me someone else while he was finishing up. He knows what he was kinda doing but the owner lady who serviced me was sloppy and hurt me a few times and I tried not to say anything. I got a few friction burns when she was taking off my old natural nails gel set and it hurt a lot and especially when she put alcohol on it. After they put on the color which didn’t match it as much, they couldn’t get the image and I just had to leave with the pink. The guy kept coming back and forth to tell her how to do it but it just looked smeared and messy and less like clouds. More like when you spill something

So I just happened upon this place... cause my regular shop is closed on Tuesday's ... today is actually my 3rd visit here and I'm loving the way Henry does my nails... 1st off I noticed how long my fill last (at least 3week ... if I don't hit them)... my nails unlike most people are very soft.. which means I'm in the nail shop every week... however not since I've been going here ... they know their's crafts ... when it comes too nails... another plus is .... whatever design you bring too Henry... if it's not exactly like it... it's on point... if you're looking for a new nail shop ... I employ you too check them out

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my experience today. Mimi was disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for a design on my toes, and she refused with an attitude. The service cost $65 without the design. I felt unfairly treated and suspect racial bias. Additionally, Henry has been rude and aggressive. I can no longer tolerate his behavior. I request immediate action to ensure respectful treatment for all customers.

Very bad experience. The guy doing my nails would walk away to smoke . One nail already fell off. Mind you I did my nails last week. 😒 never going back June 21st today is June 28th 😤
