I went hoping to get S&S and a gel pedicure. As soon as I sat down to get a pedicure, a table was slapped down in front of me. Another man immediately started doing my nails. Not even 5 minutes later, they were moving me to the manicure table. My back was hurting the entire time because I had to twist my body so the lady could do the gel pedicure while the guy finished S&S. I basically had my feet washed for $35. They closed in literally an hour. If my experience was going to be rushed in that manner they should’ve let me know that ahead of time. THEN, I was warned about this place hunting you down for tips so of course when I said I was only tipping $5 for both of them it was a problem. They asked over and over again how much for both of them. I understand how to tip, however my experienc

terrible nail work and a bunch of crooks! got acrylics taken off and then had a gel manicure. the guy apparently was shocked that i wanted my nails short and left my cuticles undone and did not clean up if he had over painted my nails. NEVER coming back here, it is not worth the money. he charged me $30 and i tipped him what i thought he deserved for the horrific manicure. and he went and said “oh tax $1” after i signed and raised his own tip that $1. first of all, if tax was $1 you would’ve charged me $31 from the jump and tax is rarely, if not, never done at a nail salon. no wonder why they werent busy ON A SUNDAY

42 bucks for a gel fill? + separate 12 dollar charge for gel nail polish? This is something unheard of? They tricked -people into spending more money I had a OPI nail polish in my hand and she switched it and said this one is better? Waited an hour and the OWNER Did my nails by the way! Also owner announces if other customers forget to tip and employees come up to you as you’re paying to see how much tip you left. Rude not a good way to make business get it together. It made me really uncomfortable how they DONt even ask to give you a back massage? They just came up to you and pulled your hair back ! You ask people first before you touch them! I TOLD THEM NO THANKS! 3 times 😂 and owner complemented my eyes 3 time really cheepy.. First and last time going & ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ! NA

Heads up! I've been a customer at this salon for almost 3 years. They just charged me $5 to remove the polish I had on my nails prior to my manicure. Yes, they are now charging to remove polish as well as put it on. 🤦‍♀️ I couldn't find this charge posted anywhere, so I thought I'd give ppl a heads up here, so you're not as surprised as I was!

Absolutely horrible. They took over an hour to do my nails. Some tips are longer then the other ones. The paint job is messed up on my nail. They didn't even talk to me. Never going here again
