The reason why I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is they were actually nice enough to fix my problem but two times is ridiculous. I came in on March 2, 2024 and I paid $90 for gel which is the strongest nail polish, and I have regular nails, full manicure and pedicure for both then a week later my thumbnail on my left hand, the paint was chipping and they fixed it gladly then another week went by and now two of my fingers Paint chips were coming loose again so I had to go back and I show them my receipts saying this is my second time coming in that your nail polish is not good. I paid for $90 for gel which is supposed to stay there for more than 30 days and the ladies telling me oh you have to we can put powder on it. I said I don’t want any powder just give me the strongest g

Edited: I went back for a 2nd time and I’m even more impressed! I’m just loving Mimi and her skills! I just let her freestyle and this was the wonderful outcome! Love love love!!!! The service was amazing!!! This was my first time but I was treated like I was a VIP customer! I am extremely impressed by the customer service for one but also the way they really took their time and did exactly what I asked for. I was very indecisive of color but MiMi found the exact color I was trying to find and explain. Normally when I get coffin shaped nails the tech always file my fingers and I end up swollen around the cuticles and sore, but literally no issues whatsoever and it’s so neat and pretty. Ann did my pedicure and I loved that as well. She took her time and trust me, my feet were in bad shape!

I like this place! I has come with no appointment and was welcome! Pretty enough room and relaxing atmosphere. I like my master Karen, she does quick and good job. She has awesome warm towels! 😊 I would suggest this place.

If you value your money and time do NOT ever go to this salon. I went in to get a pedicure which was $55 with a gel French tip on the toes only for Karen to use a purple scrub on my feet and rinse it off and proceed to paint with an attitude when I asked if that was the only thing included. Since I do not like confrontation I proceeded to let her finish. Soon after I got dip powder on my nails which was done by Kim! She had a very nasty attitude towards me when I asked if she could make the dip powder on my nails a little thinner she replied constantly “if they break do not come back to me” embarrassing me in the salon while other customers were present. Not to mention she left the residue from the dip polish all over my hands. DO NOT VISIT HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY I PROMISE I WOULD GIVE 0 s
