I purchased some hair products from this store in Hampton on two occasions. Both times the staff was very friendly and professional. They answered questions about products they have used and answered honestly if they had not used the product. The atmosphere was clean and had a pleasant aroma. I enjoyed my shopping experience. I will shop there for my hair products in the future as needed. I highly recommend this business.

The first thing I want to acknowledge is the customer service I received at Queens Crown Beauty Supply. It was exceptional not only are they friendly but they are KNOWLEDGEABLE! The merchandise is of high quality and the prices are better than the fair market. They carry the hair care, skin care, and make-up products that work, and it is priced incredibly..shockingly well. You won't find dusty overpriced or misleading products. You can trust that shopping here you will find everything you need and it will be the product that works. They carry the lines and brands that get lost in the mix of mega hair stores or are so overpriced that you end up trying a cheaper alternative that does not work. This store feels fair and honest. I shop here only for hair care products for my family and I'm in there a lot because I'm a hair stylist the owners are very nice and I love watching them grow.

Bought some Cuban Twist hair from this store today. I didn't catch her name, but the woman that rung me up was so sweet and patient with me figuring out what I needed. The price was reasonable and the quality is on point. I look forward to continuing to buy from this business.

First time here and the young lady was rude I ask a question. About a display at the checkout that was labeled 2 for $1 her response was if ppl use there senes and look and rush me out the door. I’m learning here in Virginia ppl are nasty I will never do business here again!!!!! I’m all for support BLACK OWN
