I scheduled an appointment with the owner of this establishment a month in advance because I knew how popular she was and I wanted to make sure I had a spot before my vacation. The day I scheduled the appointment, not only was she difficult and didn’t try to accommodate my time frame although it was a month before hand, she also seemed to not want to accept the appointment. So against my better judgment I still made the appointment on the only day and time she was available. Which was on the day of travel. She even said she could only do 1pm or 2pm that day, which would require me to leave work early.
