It was super busy when I went in there this week as everyone was looking for their Mardi Gras outfit. Even still, the staff upheld great customer service!

Great service with a lot of options but they never open on time. I usually try and stop here soon as they open mostly during the week but I always end up late for work because it says they open for 8:00am but no one usually shows up until 8:30-9am which is a huge inconvenience. This is a month later. Again just pulled up it’s a Saturday hours says 8am it’s 9:15am and again they are not open on time. It’s not an ever once in the while thing. It’s actually several times

I came to Queens when they were about to close they didn’t have to stay open and wait on me but they did. I had a late client and needed some last minute items and they were conveniently open.. then on the top of all of that he gave me a great deal … they are for the culture not trying to rip you off. This is my #1 beauty supply.

My experience was so so. I guess ok. I was excited that the store close later than other beauty stores I go to. I didn't like the fact that when I went in the store to shop the guy locked the door as if I came in to steal. I had to unlock the door myself after I PAID for what I came there for. After returning to my vehicle I sat a few seconds and watched to see if they'll come lock the door back, no Noone did not lock the door and I pulled off in disbelief. Remind you the store close at 10pm I made it to the store approximately 9:47 pm. I waited to see if someone was going to lock the door because I wanted clarity if they just lock the door a few minutes before actual closing but I guess not because when I waited a few seconds after returning to my car Noone cane to lock the door lol and
