I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a wig around 8 and returned the next day. Because I was in rush and didn't inspect the item. The item was still fully packed and unused. Unfortunately, no one explained the store’s refund or exchange policy at the time of purchase. When I asked about exchanging it, the manager was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. I understand store policies, but there is no excuse for being nasty to a customer. A little respect and clear communication would have made a big difference. I will not be returning.

This is officially my home beauty supply store! Everytime I go in I am greeted yet never followed around like most beauty supply stores. They have a plethora of hair care products for those who are natural, relaxed, braided up and so on. They have a rewards program as well which is a must for me as often as I shop with them lol.

It was a good experience, staff was friendly. One of the hair sprays didn’t work, I’ll take it back tomorrow and see if I can get a working one.

Went in today to purchase Creme of nature shampoo. The version I needed did not have a price tag on it. So when I inquired about the price a, top -of-their-head quote was given of 10.99 cent. Don't do that, just have merchandise clearly marked with the price. Went to Grace beauty supply where I got the same item for 9.49 cent. This is the last opportunity this business gets to prove they are trust worthy . I will continue to go to DJ's, Grace Beauty , and the beauty supply house on 56th and Georgetown road (which is fabulous).

this is fantastic black on clean well stock professionalism very convenient. Great location. I love shopping here.
