Store is very clean and their products have good prices. I’ve been going here since I was in high school!!

They were so mean and rude to me yesterday. Mind you my daughter and I spend a lot of money in there at least twice a month. I went to exchange some crochet hair for braiding hair totaling the amount of $32 they were so mean to me. Especially that tall black lady they hired and that’s not the first time she has been rude to me not to mention they constantly follow us around. The store is very small and does not have a lot of product so no need to follow me around. I go there cause it’s close to my house but from now on imma go to the hair store in Plano, it’s more selection and they treat me with dignity and respect. I was a valued customer there no need to be nasty to me, just ridiculous just last week I spent $200 and I always spend a lot of money there and they barely give out a comb or

I love this store and these ladies! Every time I come into Queen’s Beauty Supply I feel welcome and the ladies are very helpful. I like being able to shop for what I need without feeling like my every move is being judged. I also got a free pair of earrings for my birthday! 100/10 shopping experience!! 💚

The people in this store are friendly as long as you do not have a return. They will literally scold you in a loud voice for changing your mind and tell you not to change your mind and to be sure the next time you buy something. Extremely unprofessional. They have a seven day return policy with receipt. I presented my return item with receipt three days after making a purchase and only returning one package of hair when I had purchased two. All of this for a $9.99 purchase.
