QueenBee Nails and Spa

This was my first time here i came here to try something new.. I believe her name was linda who i got.. Nail shape was fine to me. But the nail art was so terrible.. She couldn’t do a. simple heart.. I asked for a cursive initial but instead gave me a sloppy regular “A” Manger even got her to try to redo the art.. But it was still very bad. So at that point i just got fed up. Paid and walked out. It’s only been a day and the nail polish is already peeling off my nail. I wouldn’t go here again or recommend it to anyone..

Very clean environment, I never have to wait, and the staff is always very kind and friendly. I got a gel cat-eye manicure by Angel and I love how they turned out. She was super sweet and very precise with my nails. I also get pedicures here quite often and have never been disappointed with my gel pedicures. The women are so sweet here and the warm towels are a plus.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. My appointment was early evening on 9/26/24. By the next morning I had a nail lifting and the morning after that acrylic had chipped off another nail. I went out of town early morning on the 27th so there was nothing I could do. I also couldn't help notice the nail color appeared to be different than what I chose. This was more of a peachy color and not the pink I had chose. When I came back into town on 9/30/24 I called the shop right away. The gal that was to fix all these issues was so unbelievably unprofessional and rude!!! Loudly talking on her phone laughing and carrying on, on a video call. She managed to barely fix the chipped nail and the nail that had lifted and tried to fix the thumbnail which you can see in the pictures is clearly a hot mess. She grabbed th

I love Queen Bee. It is very clean and they have windows on 2 sides so it feels very open. My pedicure was very relaxing. They have lots of chairs so when you go as a group, they can accommodate. They are located at Riverpark so shopping and dinning are near by.

Friendly environment and staffs but I wasn’t much satisfied with my nails for the $70 I paid. The girl who did my nails couldn’t do any of the designs I wanted and I didn’t want to be rude and asked for another lady so I ended up choosing the yin yang design in which she couldn’t even do to, as you can see in the picture the design were uneven, one dot is big one dot is small. The line wasn’t split evenly in the middle as you can see one side of the design was bigger than the other. The way she applied the nails were bad and did it differently from everyone I’ve been to. She glued the nail so close to the tip I have to be careful because it can come off easily. After clipping the fake nails she did not file them to smh. Last time going here.
