I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this salon. This morning I called to book an appointment and specifically asked if they offered a deep bikini wax. They said yes, and I also booked a pedicure. When I arrived, I was told the wax would cost $90, and I agreed. The service was extremely unprofessional from the start. The technician was slow, careless, and then even called another person in to “help.” While waxing, they changed the price from $90 to $110, saying I had “too much hair.” Since they had already started, I felt pressured to agree. The worst part is that they stopped halfway and told me they were done, but my legs and bikini area were far from finished. The work was incomplete, uneven, and very poorly done. the way my nails are always right when i leave this place!! i love it here. every person is so dedicated to their job!! rita knows me from my mom and even remembers specific details to ask about when it comes to me and her. this is a place to come to if you want a great experience!! i feel like family and never get done wrong

Never again will I go here. I went last week after work to get a full acrylic set and a pedicure. The water was steaming hot. As I was getting my pedicure still sitting in the chair Sue came over and was gluing nails on my fingers. It was my first time at this nail salon. I’ve never had this happen before. Then I told her a nail was crooked she denied it after three times of me saying it she took it off. Then after gluing the nails on they moved me to the table where nails should be put on at. They didn’t even clean my cuticle. She was in such a rush. She sent someone else over to paint my nails and jumped to another table to do someone else’s. After only a week of having my nails I’m already missing two. This place is the worse I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I be going here

I had a bad experience with a nail tech. During the process I told her I had uneven nails, somewhat looked like hills. She snatched my hand back and was upset. I told her I’m paying for services and I want them to look good not bumpy. She started talking to the other tech next to her and both looking at me. At this time I told her I no longer wanted her to finish and demanded someone else who did a great job. Needless to say , no apology from anyone. Which meant they lost a customer, nor would I recommend them.
