I had never had the chance to tell how the owner is such a bully until now. Granted I was a few years younger but she pretty much bullied me the entire time. 1.) she came late, took me to the hair store across the street and made ME pay for the hair. 2.) she ordered food and demanded I pay her the total amount right then and there. (I did but looking back I would’ve just left her shop). 3.) she disappeared for about an hour after that and didn’t notify me or anything. Your a bully and the way you handle a CHILD is disgusting and I should’ve had someone set you straight for doing that to a CHILD

It is my birthday month and I haven’t felt “special” at all. Moving to a new county… new city…new state. Looking for a awesomesauce stylist to fit my delicate head wasn’t going to be easy. I guess I spoke too soon. Lisa the CEO of Queen of New York Inc. welcomed me to Buffalo with a hair style. I love my hairstyle and appreciate the conversations we had. You are awesome 👏🏾 😎 I highly recommend. I am almost thankful to have met her. ☺️

This was the worst customer experience I have ever received. My appointment was at 8 in the morning for micro braids. I got there and waited almost 10 minutes, she never showed. I called her and she said to meet her across the street at the hair shop to buy my hair. I waited there for 15 minutes, she never showed. I had to call her and she said apologized and had me come back to her salon. The braiding doesn't start until 10am. She started falling asleep while braiding my hair. At 11, she stops, grabs her coat and keys and leaves without a word. 45 minutes goes by and she still hasn't returned, I have no idea why she had left. I had to call her to come back down from her house and finish braiding. She proceeded to do this 2 more times in the 13 hours I was there for the first day. I had to

I went back to The Queen of New York for braids, and let me tell you, it just keeps getting better! Lisa is a braiding genius, seriously top-notch skills. Her shop is always spotless, and bonus - there's free parking on Sundays! If you need a new braider, Lisa is an absolute must-try.
