Queen of Braids / Kollo ‘s Hair Braiding

Yeah this was a waste of two hours the ends on my hair big literally small to medium size braids where the blue starts they played in my hair this usnt even the style i asked for & its my birthday week thanks for nothing then you wanted a ride home after you knew you did a big job on simple feedins

Good brading shop only thing I don’t like that the ones that smoke goes outside to smoke comes back in don’t washes hands but sanitize my thing is that sanitizer your hands once got through smoking does not kill the germs that smell was loud and they know that people don’t want they hair smelling like smoke. Then I had one cough in my hair like really put your your hands over mouth and wash them that is another problem.

Hello, I was looking for someone who was available for walk-in's. My work schedule does not allow time for schedule appointments, so this place welcomed all three of us with a next day schedule appointment. Which was GREAT for me because we were scheduled for an appointment at Sunday @2:30pm, we arrived about twenty minutes before and sure enough they took us right to our seats to begin with our hair appointment:-) We were ALL finish by 7:30/8pm. Horrible horrible I will never step foot in this shop again this business again.. Customer service was horrible, Had a appointment for 8 and was first in line but the lady behind me got in the chair first. the braider that I had was rude , pulling on my hair brushing very hard , parting my hair with a clip. Jeeking on my head , walking away for 20min at a time .Not asking if I needed to take a break .I could tell they where talking about the customers in the shop including myself in there own language, which is very rude and disrespectful. When she finally finished I got no thank you nothing no have a nice day NOTHING at all I spent 200+ in there to be treated like this is very uneceptable... TEACH your employees the meaning of customer service The only one that is nice and a good braid

I was pleased to be able to get a last minute Sunday appointment. I had had Fatuo she took her time and worked magic on my hair. Management and a couple other braiders better people/social skills .
