QUEEN NEST HAIR BRAIDING

Bukky washed, conditioned & blow dried my hair after I just took off a frontal wig. I still had glue on my edges but she took her time & prepped my natural hair for my braids. I got butt length, small/medium box braids for only $300 including all my services. I would like to add that the salon is very clean and the ladies had impeccable customer service skills. I will be returning! 10/10 I do recommend.

The staff was nice, clean environment, and spacious salon. I gave 4 Star, because I didn't like the part in the middle of my head. I would return to the Salon and have the same young lady to create a style without a parting the middle.

Kenny is an AWESOME stylist!!!! She was very attentive and took her time doing my hair. I’m very tender headed and without any acknowledgement she was very patient and gentle from the start to finish. This was my first visit to the shop and it was nice and beautiful on the inside as well. I got micro Senegalese and will be returning.

This is a two part review; The first visit was awesome. I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered a beverage and the gentlemen even gave a charger to charge My phone. I got feed in braids and they came out great and lasted two weeks. I was more than satisfied and excited to patronize again. My second visit earlier today not so much. I didn’t receive the same warm greeting when o arrived as the first time. The gentlemen however was still very nice and offered a drink this time also. My issue was that after i requested feed in braids again. After the braider was done the first one I noticed the bottom of the braid was not flat. They tried to convince me that hot water would lay it flat which I knew was not the case instead it’s the braid technique at the end that needed to be changed to al

Unprofessional braider caught an attitude cause I didn’t like my twist and told her they was two small twice , she told me they will thicken but they didn’t. My twist looked like a kid played in my hair. Braider was suppose to be there at 12 came at 1 . Was in the chair for almost 4 hours nd the back of my hair wasn’t even done yet. They have no business it’s always empty maybe because the pics they have up is pics from there old braiders.
