Queen Nails

Terrible experience. The nail tech was rude and arrogant the entire time. I paid for a manicure, but she barely cleaned my cuticles and rushed through everything. My nails look messy and nothing like what I asked for. For the price they charge, I expected way better service and professionalism. I definitely won’t be returning and don’t recommend this salon.

I came here for the first time two weeks ago and this gentleman that did my nails did a lovely job with the design, for some reason at this nail salon when they applied the acrylic it burns. Also for it only being the second week of me having this set my hair is getting caught under the acrylics which means the acrylic is lifting from the actual fingernail. Nice people and clean space though.

Very unhappy! I spent $45 for dip and the next day i had multiple chips in the tips. I will never go back!

Just got a manicure minutes ago :(. I don’t treat myself often so this is quite disappointing!!! I am now tryin to get another manicure because this is bad. My pedicure is nice 🤷‍♀️. Inconsistent service.

I got a full set, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax I’m more than satisfied with my nails although the man was so rough with my toes they’re sore(mind u I get them done every month and this never happens) and finally got my eyebrows done and let me tell ya MY EYEBROW ARE SO UNEVEN!!, when I told him I didn’t like them he blamed me and said they were already crooked like yeah because u did a bad job and made them like that are u kidding i left crying i wont be going there again i dont think and if i do not getting my eyebrow done sad AND TO ADD ICING ON THE CAKE IT WAS SO COLD IN THERE I HAD TO WEAR MY JACKET THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME !! They charged me full price for a pedicure , isn’t there like a mask and a scrub I got nothing but lotion lmfao a joke of a pedicure
