I’m not sure what happened with their customer service but they are horrible. Went in for a fill in, Mike puts a totally different color acrylic than what was already there. This problem caused me to have to get my nails painted a dark color, which I didn’t want. He also filed one of my nails down to a smaller size than the others and didn’t take accountability when I brought it to his attention. My thumb nail was broken underneath the gel paint so I went back to get it repaired. They told me it would be an hour wait to fix ONE nail. I’m done with this salon.

Got in shortly before closing I explained what I wanted which was powder. He said he could had me sit while he finished someone else 45 min. I get to his chair but because I would not allow him to pry off old dip he took off top coat allowed me to sit and soak in acetone 5 min then said I didn’t have dip to begin because it took too long. He refused to finish. Very poor service and dirty shop a quick stop after work was a waste.

I only get regular polish changes and they do a great job. The polish last over two weeks no peeling or chipping off. They are timely with never a long wait.

This was my first time going to this salon and it was great. The nail tech was awesome. She did an awesome job on my pedicure and nails. I will ne returning there for future services.

I was in and out the service was great. It was quiet and fast ❤️ highly recommend!
