I would like to take time out to give a big thank you to Sue! When I tell you she is awesome, she is just that, AWESOME. Sue take the time out to give top notch customer service to Me and My Mom, Sue is the only one that my Mom will allow to do her nails. She has so much patience with my Mom. My mom prefer to get her Manicure and pedicure done early morning, And Sue make it happen, She make the sacrifice of meeting my Mom at 8am or 8:30 am. Not to mention Sue has a 3 Year old, to sacrifice her time to accommodate my Mom request. And Mom is so happy and pleased when she leave the establishment. Thank You Sue for such great Customer service. We look forward to seeing you at our Thanksgiving Dinner! Bring a Big Appetite!

Terrible customer service- (Sally) the “head” technician is very RUDE. She got upset because I chose to have my nails polished with regular polish instead of “GEL” polish and began to act as if she didn’t know how to polish nails w the regular polish. The other technicians are rude as well and will rush on your services. If you are a local or an out of towner looking for a pleasant experience…Head on over to Trendy Nails!!!!!

I'm very disappointed in my past experience. I got gel manicure and a lil over 2 weeks later it's peeling and the color went from white white to cream with lines in the paint. That's not gel. Got ripped off by using regular polish. My nails always gel and last 2 months.

The nail tech did a terrible job on my fill in. I had to ask her several times to fill in and blend out the newly place acrylic. Why would you drill down the old acrylic and not fill it all the way back in. I have a clear and visible line of demarcation on each of my nails. I was nice. I paid, left and won't be back. I only went because I needed them done today. Update 8/10/25-one nail has completely lifted, two had corners that lifted and chipped. It's a mess.

On October 14, 2022 I went to Queen’s nails in Americus, GA for a manicure and gel polish. The service was awkward because the lady was kind of rude while being there. I didn’t say anything about it. While at dinner the same night my gel nail completely messed up on one nail, everyone knows gel polish isn’t suppose to mess up. I took a picture of said nail and went back to the nail place on Monday when they were open again before heading out of town for a week. The door said they were open, they were not open. I went out of town as planned and about 3 days after getting back I went back to the nail place, not mad or upset. I told them I was there for pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with gel polish.
