Queen Nails

Ive been coming here for about 5 years on and off and usally have a great experience..today i had to go to BAMBOO nails up the road and have them fix this! I spoke up several times and referred to the picture of what i wanted through the whole appointment saying they were to sharp and the shape was crooked. It still looked nothing like the shape i asked for even after he fixed them. After this experience from hell, bloody finger tips and all, i paid $47 for a FILL IN. And that was after the “discount on their behalf”. Ive gotten new full set frech tips with polka dots on each finger and that costed $55. Dont waste your time here, me and my hard earned money are going to bamboo nails from now on! (First 2 photos are my nails after i asked them to be fixed, 3rd photo was the reference photo

I went to Queen Nails for the first time because I was in the area and needed a quick fill-in. I completely regret ever going to this place. When I first walked in, I noticed the building wasn't fully put together, and I should have left then. I was the only customer there, and a young guy approached me with his phone, asking what I needed. I told him, and he said, "Okay, I'm calling my manager." A man came out from the back, stating he was the owner. He was very nice and did my nails. He repeatedly said, "If one falls off, come back, and I'll fix it for free," which was odd because most nail technicians are confident in their work, at least the one I usually go to. I have tried them a few times, but never again. asked for a manicure and full set and left with blood and paint all over my hands. Also got blood from my cuticle stuck in the top coat!! I was charged $70, when the previous time I went I got french tips and was only charged $55??And when I asked for a refund later on, they said I had to come back for them to see even though it was the same guy that literally did my nails the same afternoon. do not waste your time!

Best pedicures! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Need more training on manicures. Definitely not the best in town for manicures, left with polish all on and under my fingers. Love the new look of the place!

They always do any designs I bring to them they are the best been going for years
