QUEEN NAILS

I have been coming to Queen nails for 2 years and NI has always done a great job especially with Gel nails. Ni is friendly and he always offers water or coffee to his customers. I gone to other places in the area and I have over paid for horrible nails. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

UPER RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. Avoid going here I took my sister here and they completely botched her nails. She had an appointment and we had to wait for an hour no respect and on top of that when we talked to the male who was working there, he was super rude and just told us to be quiet and wait. Absolutely disrespectful to customers. A one minute drive over to TopLine Nails across the street it’s way better their staff is friendlier and it’s a better experience for the SAME price. Not coming back to this place ever

I feel completely scammed for a regular pedicure. I got charged $62 for a regular pedicure . It was $40 fir regular pedicure and I got charged $13 for gel powder which is fine and then she charged me for the tip and after the transaction was finished she proceeded to ask for another tip saying that she didn't charge me for tip when I perfectly heard her and saw her do the calculations. Never paid so much for a regular pedicure and getting charged extra for a tip I already paid .

I’m so mad right now I have never been one to complain and I hate that because I came here for a second time and it was just to get really really disappointed and mad. This place sucks I don’t understand the good reviews this place has because I don’t see it I asked for pedicure and the job was fast and mediocre basically nothing was done just came to get my feet soaked and polish might as well tried at home and free. On top of all that rude they seriously believe the because you don’t speak their language the it’s not obvious their talking about you so childish and obvious I felt so uncomfortable NEVER COMING BACK! I strongly advise to not come here if you don’t want to waste your time and money because it completely sucked. I honestly feel I got robbed might as well a service of nothing.

I love this nail salon. It’s clean & everyone is so friendly. They also do a great job on gel x and regular gel. My nails lasted almost. 2 months & still looked good.
