I went in I had a manicure and pedicure, The service was fast (I had 2 techs) but I left with a cut on the side of my feet and still need the same services. They weren’t done correctly, I paid the bill with no problem I just won’t go back.

I usually go to a spa in the Kenner area because of craftsmanship. I am really big on that when it comes to getting my nails manicured and Queens Nails is spot on equivalent with the craftsmanship which is why I have now chosen them. my first experience was amazing. My nails were beautiful, no blemishes, no issues and even when I returned in three weeks for a refill, my nails were all still intact and have been now that I am a regular client! I am more than pleased with the service, the environment, and the stylists! It definitely helps that they are very convenient and close to my home as well!

Provided a reference picture and nail tech (young man) states he could do it: price quoted $70. He began to refill. I began chatting with my sister. When he began painting I realized he never drilled to smooth my nails, nail polish was patchy. Thumb nail along with 2 other fingers lifted and not refilled. 2/10 👎🏽 Update: went back following day and spoke with owner (he sits in first chair to your right when you walk in). Explained issue and showed him my nails. He looked me straight in my eyes and said he found no problem with any of the things brought to his attention. Said a refill doesn’t cover what was lifted, tech couldn’t have achieved reference pic and I could’ve asked for another coat if thought it was patchy, but looked fine to him. I was visiting home and needed a pedicure. Had the pleasure of having Kevin do my feet. And let's just say he did not disappoint... He was attentive to my needs and provided a great service. This will be my place when I visit home again. Thanks to my friend Jo for introducing me to this place..... I pray the service be the same when I visit again...
