Queen Nails Harrisburg

I walked in for a fill-in and a spa pedicure. There were only two clients getting services plus 3 techs sitting around. So not busy at all! The lady who took me for the pedicure was rude and acted like I was interrupting her from something important (She was sitting around when I walked in.) I didn’t like her energy or attitude so I only got the pedicure and left. The pedicure itself was mediocre and not worth $55, $45 plus extra $10 for gel. Equipment and furniture is old. Products used didn’t look sterilized.

This place is very rude and unprofessional. They pick and choose who to service. I went there multiple times and got denied service because no one wanted to do it. I will never go back to this salon. Over priced and customer service is horrible

After getting my nails terribly done at an unnamed nail salon, I went to Queen Nails to see if they could fix the monstrosity on my nails...and they did! I was so pleased with the service and the outcome of my nails. I think I found my new nail salon 😊 (zoom in on the before, smh) They were supposed to be coffin shaped and I got straight with lumps and bumps and uneven sides 😑. Thankfully, Queen Nails fixed this trainwreck before my vacation 😁

I am a costumer of Queen Nails, for over 6 years or so. I really appreciate the excellent service I received in getting my nails done there. I went to the one on Paxton Street in Harrisburg Pa. I really appreciate their great service. I would invite everyone to visit this excellent Nail Shop. It has some new assistants, but I am sure they will do a great job also. Thank You!!

Do not go there they charge too much and they’re rude. They literally charge me $115 for these nails I didn’t get them painted didn’t even get clear polish on them. They are medium sized. It only cost $40 to get a set but she charged me $115 because she said that they are long, take your money down the street to Tracy’s nail shop
