Queen Nails

This place is niche, clean, and professional. I’ve been coming here for years, and they always have people who are truly great at what they do. My nail tech is Claudia, and every time she does my nails, they come out perfect. Of course, no one is flawless—we’re human—but her work is consistently beautiful. Rosita takes amazing care of my baby. My 5-year-old absolutely loves her spa massages and her rainbow-color nails.I love this place and highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service. Less than a week after I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. The polish on all of my nails started cracking and chipping off. I went back to get them in fixed and was told they couldn't fix it because I needed to make an appointment and to come back the next day. I informed them that I am would be traveling they next day, so that want possible. Again I was told there is was nothing to they could do. Forget to the fact that I had to come back less than a week later and didn't even offer to compensate me somehow for their nail tech's poor execution Fixing the issue should've been to priority.

I use to go to this place and at first they were great , over a matter of months things changed they started to switch my tech every time I went that person not available this other not available, the work got worse and worse the last time my color was chipped and my nails were lifted after 3 days when I called to get them fixed not only did they charge me MORE money to fix them they sat there giving me dirty looks and talking about me in their language this is unacceptable for any customer not to mention some who is in business has owned their own business and knows customers come first ! Again it seems if they are not get money for every little thing they care nothing about you ! You should NEVER charge your customers to fix YOUR mistakes ! That is business 101! If I could give no stars I would. Got a gel manicure and less than 5 days later, it started chipping badly (I even wear dish gloves when I do the dishes). I called the shop and they said come in and they’ll fix, no charge. I went in and I think it was the owner that fixed it (the lady that is dating the guy that works there…). Well, the next day, most of my nails (yes, including the ones that were fixed the day before) started chipping badly. I called and talked to that guy that works there (he was even sitting next to the woman that repaired my nails when I came in). I said I’d like my money back, I’m happy to come in and show him how awful the repairs even turned out.
