Queen Nails Bar & Spa Illinois

Came in today to get my nails fixed from another shop that didn’t take care of me at all. I was blessed with getting in the owners chair this evening and she did her damn thing with my nails. They are amazing. Great conversations great service and she answered all my questions and was all around great customer service. Already set a future appointment. I also want to add and I should have when I first left my review that the owner offered to stay late when my husband called earlier in the evening and do my nails and she did have to. I also waited and was patient because I was really excited to try this salon out and I was very well impressed and pleased with their services. I was very thankful she stayed later more than I can express. She turned some bad nails into my vision come to life.

Just got my nails done here and I’m loving them! The staff was super friendly, the salon was clean, and they really paid attention to detail. My nails look flawless and Mimi did an AMAZING job. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend if you want a great nail experience.

Such a fun time! Went for pedicures for a friends birthday and they showed up with a cupcake and balloon and sang! How sweet. The hot rocks and towels are my favorite! We will be back for mimosas:)

Everyone here is great but I have to give a special shout out to Anna, who did my nails today 🖤 I am obsessed with how they turned out! 💅✨ Mimi also does a wonderful job and is always so sweet and thorough. Love this place—definitely recommend!

I came in for both a manicure and pedicure. My nails turned out beautiful — I’d definitely come back for another full set (ask for Mary, she did a wonderful job!). For the pedicure, I personally felt it was a little overpriced for the results I received, so I probably wouldn’t return for that service. Overall, I was very happy with my nails and the friendly atmosphere.
