Queen Nails

I’ve been a customer at Queen Nails for about 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Amy is my go to technician, she is very professional, precise, always knows what I want even when I don’t And I always end up loving her suggestions. All technicians are very good at their job, so you’ll be in good hands no matter what. :-)

Horrible experience. Vivian applied a full set. Nails were bulky, uneven, and rough. She attempted to apply 3 coats of gel polish. Which was spotty, and bumpy.🤢🤮 She blamed it on the polish. Spoke with Amy on the phone, about resolving the terrible job by Vivian. Amy stated, She'd give me a Full refund and to come in the morning. When returning, Amy didn't issue my refund and stated someone else could do my nails. Which was not what we discussed over the phone. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time or money. Not trustworthy people. 🤢🤮😡🤬 AMY your response shows how unprofessional you are, you clearly don't care about the quality of service you provide, and most importantly your customers. It's all about money, for you. Clearly the pictures show how horrific my nail

Jesie was very good and helpful choosing a better color than I had originally picked and my pedicure was great! Deluxe pedicure was amazing! I’m very pleased! I love coming here it’s my happy place.

I love this place , i have been going here from past 2 years and they have never failed to surprise me . Each time i go they give me something better . They are really good and love their Nail services . All the staff there is Amazing 10/10 ❤️

Not exactly the “friendly” salon vibe they advertise. I asked for a simple design, was quoted double what I normally pay, and when I politely declined, I overheard the owner loudly shaming people who “can’t afford it” and implying they shouldn’t be getting their nails done at all. Super uncalled for and made me feel uncomfortable. No one should feel judged for setting a budget. $50 for line designs had me gasping.. do not recommend! In response to your reply: i came into this exact location… and stand by what i said as this is not a place id recommend due to the service of being cackled at and shamed for when I was asked how much i normally pay for designs & i said half the price you were charging, i was then shamed and laughed at.
