Queen Nails at Lumberton

I have been here so many times to get a pedicure and spent a lot of money and today, I had a terrible experience with Giano (I think that’s her name). I chose a $75 pedicure and the entire time, she was on her phone texting, ordering a delivery from Outback, went and got her delivery from Outback (while I sat there), was very rude and asked questions very hatefully. When I chose the color I wanted, she even told me that that particular color was popular for the Christmas season and did I want another color bc they were running low. When she put my feet in the wax bag, she didn’t even take the time to the wax to go around my foot. She just harshly put them in the bag and left. All the wax was at the back, not even on my foot. She asked me what pedicure I wanted in the beginning and I asked

I've been going to Queen Nails for about 2 months and I've used Jackson and Nicole they've been really great. My gel polish stay on for about 3 weeks. That's one of my issues is my gel polish not staying on my natural nails woth other salons. Hopefully if I have to use anyone else they are just as good as they are. Hats off to Nicole and Jackson for doing a great job. I will be there Dec 20 getting ready for Christmas. My sister Connie has been going to this place for over a year. I was amazed at how many techs were there.

Jennie did my nails and she did an amazing job! I showed her my inspo pic and she delivered down to the exact thing I asked for. She even mixed multiple different polishes just so she could the color exactly right. I would 100% say to anyone it is worth it!

I got a pedicure manicure and my eyebrows and lip waxed. They took there time and it was a great experience. I will be going back to this place. Thanks for all that you did and I really really was comfortable and I loved everything you guys did. Thank you.

The older gentleman who did my pedicure was so kind and gave a high quality and calming service. The quality is amazing and they didn’t charge me extra for gel or for my original gel removal. So I am definitely looking to come back here for my next pedicure and be sure to tip as well as you can. Fast, friendly, good quality, better price 😍
