Queen Nail Salon

Very nice shop, professional and friendly. I drive 30 minutes out of the way of the closest shops to where I live to come here. They take their time and do a great job without keeping you there too long.

Was in the area shopping so stopped in as they could see me right away. Nail tech was polite, however I noticed that I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes, which surprised me. Meanwhile -(for time reference ) a lady was beside me getting a pedicure when I arrived and was still getting the same pedicure when I left. I initially noticed that I could see thru my polish when I returned home, then on Monday noticed chips in the polish after only 3 days ? Also have dry cuticles still present.If I did not live over 30 miles away I would ask them to redo my pedicure. I am disappointed in the service I received as I expected my nails to last for at least 2 weeks.

The customer service is absolutely fabulous. The staff is friendly and thecsalon is clean. However, I do have a product concern. My nail polish was chipping and peeling within 2 days. By day four, it looked like I'd never gone to the nail salon. I didn't even wash dishes or my hair, so no stress or chemicals caused this. I am not pleased because I paid for service that did not last like the other salons I visited. I tried this one under recommendation. My money was not well spent. As a result, I probably won't come back if this is the quality of nail polish being used. I would like my nails redone in good faith. Thank you. Kathy

One of my clients recommended this salon. My tech went back to Vietnam for a month so I needed someone . So far they've been nice and fast. The work is neat. My only issue they didn't have the acrylic powder I use. But they worked hard to match it. I went back for refill but I had my own powder so that works for me!!! Thanks ladies!!!

So I get there at 2pm and sat in the pedicure water for a hour and a half before I even got serviced. I picked my color and once I looked down the nail tech decided to give me French tips THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR I just wanted the soft pink color that I picked out. And not to mention they were going to skip me to service another customer because she was complaining but she ended up leaving (I should have done the same) then when she did my nails she injured me with the drill. The whole experience was very lack luster to say the least. And when it was time to pay I asked why the total was so high and it's because of the French tips THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR. So I asked them to remove the nails and they refused forcing me to pay for a service that I never asked for! Mind you I got there at 2pm an
