Queen Nail II

I will never return to this place! Kenny actually yelled at my 14 year old daughter because he made the shape of her nails an almond shape and she requested a point. When she pointed that out he went off on her. We even showed pictures. He would not stop running his mouth until I stepped in and told him he better calm down! I never ever leave bad reviews like ever but this is necessary. It was so bad we had the nails removed and left. His mood swings are horrible. I have never been treated so poorly. We should have just left when they had absolutely no client in there when we walked it. He should be ashamed of himself.

Over all my experience was good. I went once before and honestly my nails were terrible ( but wanted to give another shot because Kenny is so awesome) They were getting stuck in my hair and they popped off within a few days but this time I went back and he done a much better job on my nails, he did Knick my finger twice when filing them, but I honestly can’t blame him with as short as my natural nails were. He’s super friendly and very affordable.

The guy was supper friendly and did a good job with applying my nail extension. While the women didn’t even ask me what shape,style ect. That I wanted to have done and got snappy when I asked for French tips and walked away when I asked for something different because she painted half my nail. And left him to finish. Overall my nails are not what I wanted and don’t look the absolute best.

They did good with my nails. The only downside is the very strong cigarette smell.

I just moved to Bedford a few days ago. I needed my nails done and didn't want to go to lynchburg or salem to get them done on my day off. I took my daughter Omni with me and we both got our nails done. The prices was 80 for both which is not bad at all, and Kenny did a good job on my cats eye polish! At least he didn't cut me like Queen Nails on williamson road. I'll be going back again! Him and his wife were very.polite and filled me in on bedford and how it was
