Queen Braid

Silva & Joyce was absolutely wonderful but I been coming here me & my family my prices never change but when the owner is there she changes our prices like we don’t keep tabs on where my money goes there’s times I been sitting in the chair and hear her prices change even when the workers have there clients for months & years ….. Someone needs to have a conversation and she is so rude to her customers ….. That’s how you lose dedicated customers loyal customers… She has poor communication on the telephone we can’t even get our sentences out she’s has poor communication skills….I use to spend over 800.00 so my mom & my daughter won’t come here unless Slivia & Joyce is there and I continue to come I’ll wait until they done or come back before I let her in my head or my mother & daughter hair …

The attached photos are from the first day of getting my hair braided. I went to Queen Braid on Sunday, October 1, 2017. This was my second time going to this braiding shop. This time, I was amazed by how quickly the braider finished my hair. It took her less than 3 hours. Throughout the time I was in the chair, I kept asking her, are these braids long enough? She assured me that once she finishes, the braids will be the length I wanted. I did show her a picture of my braids from my first visit, so she was aware of what I was asking for. Fast forward to when she completed my hair. They were too short and they looked as if I had them in for two months already. The owner was not in the shop at the time so I immediately called the phone number listed on Google for the shop. Aja did

Wow ! They are amazing and affordable. Super nice and I will definitely make them my permanent braiders. I had 3 people doing small box braids on me took 4 hours max. Very nice and neat. Y’all please come you won’t be disappointed I’m so foreal !

Not going back. My daughter hair does not look like it was done by a professional stylist. They did ok the first 2 times I came but they charge too much for that quality of work.
