I was charged $30 for these stupid big braids after getting my hair retwisted. This style is 10-$15 top. She told me price of this ugly braid work after she did it I paid. Braids are uneven and big not the way I requested. Horrible service I will never return or recommend her

I don't have enough great things to say about Queen Bee Salon. I have been going to Jenelly for over six years. Not only is she a great hairdresser, but she is also a professional, warm and friendly individual. She is respectful of my time and is extremely flexible and accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend her for all hair textures!

My family and I have been going to Jenelly for our hair for years now. We have followed her through different locations and she has always been the one we trusted with our hair care. Recently, she was able to help me get treatment for a scalp condition. She noticed some bald spots on my head and because I was proactive and sought treatment, I was able to see a dermatologist and get it treated right away. This could not have happened if it wasn’t for her attention to detail and precision of her work. After every appointment I am satisfied and more than happy with her work. I decided to try this salon to ger a silk press on Monday. I normally get most my hair styles done in NY because I use to live there and never had any issues but moving to Connecticut it was so hard finding someone to trust with my natural hair. I have tried a few places but most did not do a good job. So I decided to try this salon and I was not disappointed. My hair came out so amazing and everyone kept asking me where I got my hair done 🙂. Janelly definitely knows how to do hair and she takes her time.
