I don’t buy hair products often, but when I do I definitely look for the best quality

I went In and bought a Labuboo and opened in the store then walked to my car to hang it up soon as I got ready to hang it up it broke took it back and she said they couldn’t do nth cause it wasn’t broke when I opened it won’t be going back

I have a certain consistency of of hair that is not normal of white folks. So a lot of the products I use are from African shops. They always got everything that I need to make sure that I can do what I need to do to my do!! Absolutely wonderful people and they'll go out of their way to make sure they can get you want/need. Awesome ppl

Very nice store, you can shop or browse in peace, ok prices but it would be nice to have good customer service. The cashier is usually on her phone checking Facebook or having a full blown conversation. You have to wait for her to finish reading a post before she acknowledges you. For a better shopping experience, I would appreciate the cashier not on the phone.

Very helpful and acts on the impulse of how may I help you and loves your satisfaction. Very friendly. Now I deal with the Man he always help out now some make you feel like ok who u but that Guy I love going to each and every time... I am a Non-Profit Founder hopefully one day they donate so I can bless the Cancer Patience .. But Queens gotta it going on
