Disappointed! Wigs on display are not maintained. They looked old & shabby. The store has declined with different owners over the years.

Clearly states they close at 7:00pm. I arrived within 5 minutes of closing and only needed a small bottle of hair glue remover near the front. They locked the doors and walked away and just told me they were closed. As a business owner yes you have the right to close early but if you clearly have customers that are quick (two more women came right after me) AND it’s not even officially closing time, you should be more accommodating. Terrible customer service. They infiltrate our culture and have zero respect for us. Will not give them another cent. I’m tired of the disrespect. They accuse us of stealing, never flexible… yet trying to get OUR money. Do better or cater to your own people.

Yup, I just had a similar experience as the one several people have noted: stalker treatment by the staff. I went in wearing my work outfit (literally came straight from the office), asked where the drawstring ponytails were (they have very few options, so if that's what you're looking for, don't bother), and was VERY vaguely pointed in a direction. I go looking, and the staff person I asked followed me and spent the next ten minutes just hovering near me. Not helping, mind you. Not even interested in helping. Just staring at me. I never even left that aisle because I was trying to see if they had anything I wanted, and she just. Kept. Staring at me. Good Good stuff here!!! My go to for eyelashes. I do not go anywhere without my eyelashes so I need good quality, sexy, unique lashes. This place never fails me!!! Big selection of lashes, styles and brands. And all about 3.99. The staff is awesome not overbearing just friendly so I love frequenting this place.
