At first the service was great, but then it wasn't. It was super painful and I've had braids before and usually they are not that painful. Not to mention every time I made it clear I was in pain it seemed like they would laugh at me. I specifically asked for KNOTLESS braids and I did not get knotless and the parts were all off and uneven...all together not a great experience. I did say it looked good but only because I wanted to get out of the chair and did not want then touching my head again...I walked out crying and then took them down when I got home because I was in so much pain

Queen was the first person to ever do my micro braids back in 2010 and I was consistently going to her for my box braids, Senegalese Twists, micros, etc. up until I got locs. I had locs and cut them off a little over a year ago, and was so happy and pleased that Queen is still braiding. Executed my style perfectly! And I appreciate that she left my edges out and was responsive when scheduling. Thanks Queen and her assistant that helped braid my ends. Definitely will be back!

Did great on my braids!!! Not one braid have fell out in I get plenty of compliments !! It’s been a month in I wanted to come leave a review because it was so last min but they ateeee!!!

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend unless you get box braids. I asked for simply medium lemonade braids. I expressed my concerns but was told this is what I asked for. The braids in the back are slanted and different sizes. I got there at 11:50 and wasn’t finished until 5. I was offered chips. Update: I called to ask to have my hair fixed for the obvious reasons. It’s so much better and I appreciate the woman who took time to fix my hair.

Asked for bob box braids, was told it would take 5-6 hrs because of the size I requested. Actually took 7.5 hours. My hair is very short so I appreciate that they were able to work with it, although some braids have my hair blatantly sticking out. You can see some of the fuzz in the attached pics. I’m in the army reserve and wanted a uniformed look/length, but the first pic attached shows how some of the braids are right next to each other but very different lengths and sizes. The right side is also bulkier than the left. Toward the end they had to rush because I was an hour late for work, although it was anticipated that I would be done a half hour to hour early.
