So I went in today with multiple colors in the top part of my hair, and wanted to go to silver/white. Now mind you my hair has already been processed (I’ll attach pics of what she started with and the result) she did an amazing job without killing my hair! I recommend this place highly

Went in with a picture on how I wanted my hair done and did not get that. My hair is so damaged with how long they let the dye sit on my hair. Had it done about 2 months ago and I am still trying to get it fixed.

Horrible customer service. They take on multiple people at once, and do not focus on one customer at a time. There is a lack of attention. Yasemean mainly, is extremely slow, and hard to talk to. I will not be going back.
