It’s ok, some nice ladies seem to be apprentices or training and 2 guys are sitting and watching them, standing around with a comb and giving them pointers/ advice on how to use the clippers etc... Overall feels like you’re getting a haircut at a barber school, the people seemed very novice like they’re just training on you.

Do not bother calling the phone number. I had called and asked if it was Quality Cuts On Slope. It was some Indian lady on the line I think, and it appears that she said "no, it's not" and then hung up in my face.

If you need barbers with some finesse and ability to talk & check in with you about what they’re doing, don’t go here. I asked for an inch off curly hair that was at least 10 inches long and walked out hair that is maybe 6 inches and doesn’t match my curl pattern at all. They’re a chop shop that goes fast and furious based on what they think you said/understood you to say, and if you don’t speak barber, which I don’t, you get what you get and if you’re like me, get to wait a couple months for your hair to grow back to something you actually want.

Tina does such an amazing job! I have a pixie that has grown out from a buzzcut and Tina has cleaned it up a few times during the grow-out process. The end result is always soft, feminine and exactly what I want. She also cuts my husband’s hair and he always comes back with a smile on his face. He says she doesn’t get “scissor happy” with his hair and he’s so grateful for it! Everyone there is kind and while I tend to go during off-peak times, I’ve always been able to walk in and sit immediately. I will be back again soon!
