I am not always a online shopper but rather a in a person's supper and anything pretty much by a beauty supply store I have to it's always a plus shopping here + (the love ) is genuine $

Worst service ever! Had a friend come down all the way from West Chicago because he wanted to find a wig for his daughter. The lady at supermall told us about this place and we came to checkout, there was no associates in the store besides the cashier up front for this big store and when we needed help a short girl came from the back to offer us "help" but when his daughter asked some typical questions she only responded with one word and move on, when we took one more look around the store she asked us if we were ready. It felt rushed, and the store wasn't even set to close yet, we just left because my friend was saying he wanted to go off on her for the bad service. We're never coming back!

Very nice beauty supply store the young lady that work with the fitting of wigs is very helpful and friendly and very patient I been going there for many years since they open the owner she's very nice and welcome u when u come in Louis helps u with any product u may need he knows all the product there they have many many wigs awesome many and any product u may need Love Going there I recommend this beauty supply store very highly 😀

I've been shopping at this beauty supply store for close to 13 years now. Luis is usually there to help. The store is always well stocked, very clean, organized, and if you can't find something, Luis will do his best to find it or order it.
