QTan Forsyth

I cancelled my membership in August due to health reasons. I just noticed I am still being charged monthly since then. I called the Forsyth location to see how this could be resolved. The young girl took my name and number and told me her manager would call the next day. It’s been three days and I have yet to receive a call. I called again and was assured someone would call. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit

Love this place. Never a wait for a clean bed. Staff are great and friendly & definitely know there tanning game.

I keep a membership here for lack of options, but they have gotten expensive and the same beds you use to get 12 and 15 and 20 minutes now you only get 10 and 12 they say it's because the beds are stronger, nope they are not.. I'm not going to get in a pissing match with you I know when I originally started I most certainly did have level two. And I'm certainly not saying it's just your tanning beds I've been laying in tanning beds for well over 25 years Yes there was 20 minute bets. This seems to be the trend across the board with tanning bed salons. But for you to get on here and publicly try to discredit my word I think is very unprofessional Google asked me for review I gave it. But what I won't do is be called a liar So unless you can respond to me with some respect let's just agree

Very well maintained, beyond clean, amazing beds, friendly staff

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beds are kept clean with fully functioning bulbs. Q-Tan is the only way to go in this area. Multiple locations that you can use during your membership.
