QT HAIR & BEAUTY

I was looking for a particular style of hair but couldn't find it anywhere but at QT plus they have such a vast range of products, I'm definitely a fan!

I love this QT hair and Beauty it is the place to go.

Terrible experience on a defective purse I bought. Strap broke after 1st time use.Tried to return it but not get my money back, wanted products. Young kid running the place talked to me crazy & said how does he know I didn't break it. Drove 30 min for him to say no & treated rude. Pretended to call the owner & said it was a 7 day return policy. When it was Englewood, it was gr8! Never had 1 issue & went for 30 yrs. Why lose business over $20? Don't patronize a business like this!!! Wish I could leave a 0!

I spent $158 on a wig. The sign in the store says they do return within 5 days. It's day 2 and they not do the return because it's a wig. Now I have not wore this wig at all and this is not the wig that was shown to me. When I got home and looked/parted the wig it had blunt cuts throughout the hair.

Omar was EXTREMELY NICE and patience with me while I was trying to find the right product, I was getting upset but Omar told me to relax and helped me get the right product!!! This world needs more people like him! Thank you so much Omar 🙏🏽
