Q's Nails & Spa

This was by far the worst nail service I’ve received in over 25 years. I should never have to leave one nail salon just to go to another to fix my nails. The technician, Henry, honestly made it seem like this was his very first time doing nails. The shape is completely uneven — it’s not square, not oval, not coffin… it’s just there. I’m not a confrontational person, but the customer service was trash. Paying $60 for this level of work is unacceptable. I left extremely disappointed.

They should provide better customer service. When I explained to the person who was attending to me that my nails had too much acrylic, he got annoyed and said he knows what he's doing. It's not about knowing what they're doing, but about listening to the customer and ensuring they have a good experience. In the end, he didn't even want to paint them. 🙃 But H2 saved the day, and I'm very happy and in love with my results. 😊

Rating more on the experience than the nails itself. They are fine what you would expect from a nail salon. But Jennifer, I have never felt so disrespected. Like she screamed in my face telling that I don’t know what I’m talking about , smacking every time I had a question. Like she made me feel as if me being there was bothering her existence. My apologies to her, and she won’t ever have to see me again. The establishment did have bugs flying all around (I even told her that vinegar would solve the bug problem). Overall I left wanting to cry because I am not used to that lol I am not a difficult person to do service on and I was being treated that way. Even after the mass amount of disrespect I still tipped her. Will not return.

I don’t know if it was the tecnician that had or just just the salon in general sloppy and quick less than 10 days with supposedly gel and that’s how my nails look !!! Never coming back 😪😪😪😪

Excellent customer service and beautiful results. The technician paid close attention to detail. My nails look neat and polished. I will be back again soon.
