Customer Reviews
I was charged $135 total. $20 for an acrylic soak off and $115 for UV gel on my natural nails. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the work I received was far from it. The shape is inconsistent, and I had to ask twice for them to be even and not slanted. Even after that, they still turned out uneven. For this price point, I expected at least a clean and professional finish. Instead, I left disappointed. As a nail technician, it’s your job to provide a decent and consistent service, especially when charging luxury prices. Unfortunately, this was not worth the cost.
This location is amazing — super clean, spacious, and relaxing. The girl who did my nails was incredible! She was so patient, had great technique, and really knew what she was doing. I’ve been to other locations before, but this one truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅✨
By far the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I came here today to fix my big toe as my nail broke. I have a salon I go to already but I was in a rush so I decided to stop by. Worst decision ever! The staff did not know what they were doing at all. The guy who did my pedicure did not understand a word I was saying. Service was terrible. At this point I would have rather kept my broken nail then to walk around with the work that was done one my toe at this establishment. Not to mention a Caucasian lady came in after me and got serviced before me please make that make sense. And no she did not have an appointment at the time because she walked in at 2:57 and said my appointment is at 3:30 can i be seen. I guess they “forgot” I was sitting there and services her first. Overall I’m extremely disap
I went in to have old gel polish removed from my toes and get a basic pedicure. When I said I didn’t want/have time for the more expensive “spa” pedicure, her level of effort and attention went out the window. I had to have her redo my big toe nail bc the first application of polish was so rough since she barely took the old gel polish off with a drill. She took off the first coat, buffed the nail a bit, and then rushed to reapply two (thick) coats of normal polish to finish up with the whole service. Even after waiting for 20 mins, it obviously didn’t dry properly and now looks like this within an hour of the service. Poor experience and $50 wasted.
I spotted the salon on my way into the station when I had 20 minutes before my train. I didn’t get the name of my manicurist. She was great and I was on my way out in time for my train. It was a quick regular manicure- push back on cuticles and no massage (my request). Very happy I found a convenient location
