QQ Nails

First manicure in a few years as I’m not one to get nails done all the time. The Nail technician (whom I believe was the owner as well) was so talented and kind! She immediately greeted me along with all other employees when I entered. She helped me find the right section for dip powders and they had quite the selection! I showed her a picture of a pink to white tip ombré nail I wanted and she advised me ombré would be $20 extra. I was fine with that. She pulled the exact colors I wanted and got to work. She was diligent in her work and even made sure the underside of each nail was cleaned up! The most meticulous nail tech I’ve ever been too! Really made my experience that much better! While my nails were drying (she explained dip dries faster!) she actually massaged my shoulders, arms and

Excellent service! And the little massage at the end just really tops it off! All nails are always totally even (thickness and length) and super clean. They actually take pride in their work and theybtake their time. I always drive the extra 20 minutes out of my way to go there! Well worth it.

Summer did a fantastic job! I really love it.

I went today and got my first pedicure and absolutely love it. I am very self conscious about my feet because I have ugly toes and very bad calluses but Kiki did an amazing job. She got off all the calluses and made my toes look cute. She also did my nails and never disappoints me with special designs!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and my experience was very disappointing. I asked for hard gel and was given dip power. I asked for coffin shape and was given bulky square, while getting my manicure I asked her if she could cut my cuticles, she told me no after I insisted she cut my cuticle which caused me to bleed, then dipped my bloody nail into the powder without cleaning it. While filing my nails, she filed my skin until it was sore, then lost control of the drill. I will not be returning!
