QPI Nails & Spa

This took place just yesterday, 4/17/24 ....Looked at reviews before coming here. I was very satisfied with them, so I decided on the fly to get my nails done. BIG MISTAKE. I won't go back. The nail guy kept using the saw close to my cuticles and burned me twice. When I wensed in pain, he said "no it dont hurt." I told him it burned me several times, and he wouldn't stop. Now, today, I have 2 fingers that are in pain and have to make sure to apply antibiotics so they don't get infected. He applied too much acrylic and didn't take enough off, so they are super thick. My nails are uneven. I don't like conflict, so I paid & tipped then left. Now I have to go elsewhere to get them to fix this mess, I do not recommend this place.

Johnathon was my tech and he did AMAZING extreme attention to detail. I arrived an hour before closing and he still took his time. Great conversation. I've never had a set I have loved more than this one. Also got my brows done. She was so gentle my eyes didn't even water. They look amazing as well. Will never see another nail tech again.

They did an amazing job on my nails. New to the area and don’t know any other nails places so decided to give this place a try and they did not disappoint. Hard to find a cute pink/nude, so In love with my nails 🥰I will be making this my regular nail spot!

10/10 each time just went in recently for my Valentine’s Day set and let Sarah do her own thing and she didn’t disappoint:)

We had a great time! They are short staff but we were not in a hurry. The girls did beautiful jobs on our toes. We will be back again!
