I had an amazing experience at the salon with Dexy! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dexy is truly a talented hair specialist—she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great professional advice to make sure the results would look perfect on me. My hair turned out even better than I expected! The color, the cut, and the styling were all flawless. You can really tell she is passionate about her work and pays attention to every detail. We traveled to Doral to attend a baby shower , my daughter 2 granddaughters and myself . Ages ranging from 13 to 80 ; we had our hair and makeup done and the service could not have being better , the entire staff is extremely friendly and professional and were able to please the four of us. I came with destroyed hair, uneven “highlights” and red undertone (from a different salon), Marco and his staff knew exactly how to fix it and started working on my hair immediately. It was an aggressive treatment but they took really good care of my hair. The before and after pictures speaks for itself.

This salon used to be one of the top places in Doral a few years ago. Unfortunately, things have changed, and the quality of service has declined drastically. I called to schedule framing highlights in a caramel tone and a butterfly cut for my daughter with Marcos, but the receptionist insisted that I book with a “curly hair color specialist” instead. I followed the recommendation, but the results were extremely disappointing. When I called back to request a refund, I was told that refunds are not offered and that I should return to have the service corrected. What they fail to understand is that once an experience like this happens, trust in the salon is lost, and you’re understandably afraid that attempting a fix could make things even worse. I had a wonderful experience at QIU Salon! The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Alba, my stylist, did an amazing job on my hair, listening to my needs and delivering exactly what I wanted. Plus, the courtesy coffee and tea were a lovely touch. I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my new look. Highly recommend!
